KYC Policy golden-roo.org

Last updated: 25.09.2026

The Company follows and applies “Know Your Customer” principles intended to reduce exposure to financial crime and money laundering by identifying customers and carrying out the appropriate due diligence checks.

The Company may request, at any time, any KYC documents that it reasonably considers necessary to confirm the identity and location of a user of https://golden-roo.org/. We may restrict access to services, deposits, payments, or withdrawals until the user’s identity has been properly verified, or when another restriction is considered necessary under the relevant legal and regulatory framework.

We use a risk-based compliance approach that includes detailed due diligence procedures and ongoing monitoring of customers, accounts, and transactions. In line with anti-money laundering requirements, three different levels of due diligence may be applied depending on the customer profile, the nature of the transaction, and the level of identified risk.

SDD – Simplified Due Diligence may apply to transactions assessed as exceptionally low risk and remaining below the relevant verification limits.

CDD – Customer Due Diligence is the standard identification and verification process and is used in most ordinary situations.

EDD – Enhanced Due Diligence applies to higher-risk customers, large or significant transactions, and other circumstances that require additional review.

In addition to the procedures described above, a user must complete the full KYC verification process when their combined lifetime deposits exceed EUR 5,000, when they request a withdrawal of any amount through https://golden-roo.org/, or when they attempt or complete a transaction classified as suspicious.

As part of the verification procedure, the user will first be asked to provide certain basic personal information and then upload:

  1. A copy of a government-issued photographic identification document, showing both sides where this is relevant to the document type.
  2. A selfie in which the user is holding the same identification document.
  3. A bank statement or utility bill that can be used as evidence of the user’s residential address.
